Lake Rules

• Prior to booking - Terms & Conditions (as well as the Lake Rules) must be fully read and agreed to

• Maximum of two anglers

• Arrival must not be before 2pm on Saturday and departure must be before 9am on Saturday

• Front gate to be kept closed at all times

• Designated car park to be used

• Bait boats are permitted

• No braided mainline

• Minimum 15lb line

• Minimum 18inch tubing or Korda safe zone leaders

• No leadcore to be used

• No permanently fixed lead rigs

• No double or treble hook rigs

• Micro-barbed hooks only

• No plastic baits

• No tigernuts or peanuts

• Only particle purchased at Willow View Lake permitted - must be ordered at least a week in advance 

• Fishing from designated swims only

• Rods are not to be left unattended

• Nets and unhooking mats provided - Do not bring your own

• No sacking of fish permitted

• No standing whilst holding a fish - photographs either in the water or knelt position with a mat

• Carp care kit to be used on every fish

• Do not pull for a break - contact Sam regardless of the time of day or night

• Sturgeon must be photographed in the water

• Sturgeon can only be brought to the bank for weighing and only if Sam is present

• No fires

• BBQs must be in designated area

• No unauthorised visitors permitted

• Property grounds not to be used as a lavatory

• Strictly no litter - dustbins provided (glass, tins and plastic to be kept separate)

• Swims and gîte to be thoroughly cleaned before departure (please see T&Cs regarding damages and cleaning fees)
